    How do I make an impact on my team?

    Our friendly Food & Beverage Manager works to create a positive work environment for staff while also ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and high quality food.

    Plan, develop, coordinate and implement the day-to-day operational activities of the food & beverage department

    Supervise food & beverage staff to include recruitment & selection, orientation, training & development, scheduling, counseling, performance management and other team member relations’ issues

    Maintain food & beverage product and service quality standards by implementing policies and procedures, investigating deficiencies/complaints, and initiating corrective action

    Order, receive, store and maintain an inventory count of all food & beverage related products

    Ability to perform any food & beverage position at the property

    What does success look like in this role?

    Must have a minimum of 2 years of Bar, Restaurant and Banquet Service

    Food and Beverage Hotel Experience is preferred

    Must be available to work nights and weekends

    Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation

    Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

    Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
