    Job Description

    The F&B Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising and managing all aspects of F&B operations, while maintaining a profitable outlet and high quality products and service levels. He/she is expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high

    • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, ensuring the Raffles brand positioning, personality, service culture and values are personified at all times.
    • Lead and Support the Food & Beverage operations team ensuring all brand, service, compliance and department standards & procedures are followed.
    • Lead and support the Food & Beverage outlets in achievement of their financial and operational targets through establishment of a positive culture, clear expectations and policy and procedural implementation.
    • Create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years hospitality experience in Hotel food and beverage management.
    • Previous Food & Beverage management experience required.
    • Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, human relations, maintenance and merchandising.
