Job Description

The Food & Drink Journalist intern will cover all beers, wines, spirits, and food-related content as it identifies with and relates to The Ambony’s vision concerning our targeted demographic.

Responsibilities:

• A monthly column presenting various foods and recipes.

• A monthly column presenting various alcoholic drinks and cocktail recipes.

• Write occasional restaurant reviews.

Duration: 6 months

This is a virtual and unpaid internship. Yet, you will gain valuable writing experience.

Official Start Date: May, 2025

Qualifications

The candidate must possess an aptitude/interest in writing about beer, wine & spirit-related content as it relates to our target demographic.

The candidate must possess an aptitude/interest in writing about food-related content as it relates to our target demographic.

Must be a connoisseur of fine food and drinks. Beyond the usual brands, we want to focus on years, regions, and food pairings. For food, we want authenticity and quality, not name brands and Instagram foods.
