Responsibilities: • Source and purchase goods and materials in compliance with company requirements and budget constraints • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous terms • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliveries • Analyze market trends and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in purchasing food and related items • Strong negotiation skills • Restaurant-Hotel experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Detail-oriented and organized Compensation: $22 - $23 hourly
