Conduct food safety audits following QIMA/WQS and scheme owner rules.
Develop audits reports within a determined timeframe.
Summarize and evaluate inspection/audit findings.
Communicate findings/results of inspections/audits with client representatives.
Develop effective audit plans for the completion of assigned inspections/audits within a determined timeframe
Qualifications
Qualifications
A degree in a food-related, bioscience discipline, science and engineering, or has successfully completed a diploma or equivalent higher education course in one of these subjects.
At least 05 years of experience in areas such as quality assurance or food safety functions in food production or manufacturing, retailing, inspection, or enforcement.
Lead auditor training (40-hour/5-day training).
HACCP training (16-hour/ 2-day training).
Schemes: BRCGS / SQF.
