As our Dinner Cook, you'll be the star behind the line, prepping and preparing delicious meals for our evening guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and consistency. Whether you're sautéing, grilling, or plating, you know your way around a kitchen and thrive under pressure. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook dinner menu items according to Hilton Garden Inn recipes and standards • Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies before service begins • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines • Monitor food stock levels and communicate with supervisor for inventory needs • Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality presentation standards • Assist with daily prep, kitchen closing duties, and other shifts as needed • Collaborate with the F&B team to deliver a consistent guest experience • Follow all company policies and procedures, including Hilton brand standards Qualifications: Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of line cook or kitchen experience (hotel or restaurant experience preferred) • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required • A positive attitude and strong work ethic Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
