We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food Service General Manager to join our team in Jurupa Valley, United States. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of our food service operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth and operational excellence.

• Lead and manage all food service operations, including kitchen, dining areas, and catering services
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while adhering to budgetary guidelines
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies
• Recruit, train, and supervise food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed business decisions
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experiences and achieve organizational goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Current Food Safety Certification (required)
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven financial management and budgeting expertise
• In-depth knowledge of food service operations, industry trends, and best practices
