Food Service Manager

Responsibilities: • Hold team members accountable by conducting performance reviews with them and using performance management • Assures all products and services are consistent with company quality standards • Manage appropriate inventory levels of food and dining products and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends • Prepare a thorough business strategy for the restaurant, taking into account the local market, the competition, revenue, and costs • Recruit, interview, train, and motivate restaurant staff Qualifications: • Previous food service experience with the ability to oversee food inventory levels and manage costs • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired • Previous management or supervisory experience of 2-3 years is required, preferably in the restaurant industry • Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills Compensation: $65,000 - $72,000 yearly
