Education & Experience
- Minimum 6 months food industry experience required
- Food Manager Certification is necessary
- Understanding of kitchen processes is a strong asset
- High School diploma/equivalent
- Catering Experience is preferred
Working Conditions
- 6/7-hour weekend shifts: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday with time off to attend a service (extra hours are determined by events on campus)
- 4/5-hour weekday shifts: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for the general public as well as staff.
- The expectation is to work weekends and holidays
- Standing on feet for an entire shift, excluding two fifteen-minute breaks and a lunch
- Repetitive motions including but not limited to bending, lifting, cutting
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Extreme temperatures (hot and cold)
