Responsibilities: • Address guest complaints in a timely and courteous manner and work to find solutions within the guidelines of the restaurant's policy • Extend a warm welcome and direct customers, if necessary, to a seat or a standing area where they can place an order • Work together with the kitchen team to prepare foods while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements • Take customer orders and relay information to the kitchen in a timely manner Qualifications: • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Previous experience working in food service is preferred Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
