    Position Overview: We seek a dynamic Food and Events Manager to oversee our culinary offerings and event operations. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional passionate about crafting seamless dining experiences and coordinating memorable events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Plan, coordinate, and execute events (weddings, retreats, conferences, and seasonal programs).

    Manage on-site food services, including menu design, vendor partnerships, and compliance with health/safety standards.

    Collaborate with spa, hospitality, and grounds teams to ensure cohesive guest experiences.

    Oversee event budgets, timelines, and staffing needs.

    Resolve guest inquiries and issues with professionalism and creativity.

    Develop promotional strategies to enhance event bookings and culinary offerings.

    Qualifications:

    3+ years of experience in food service management and event planning (hospitality, resorts, or hotels preferred).

    Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

    Proficiency in event software (e.g., Cvent, Social Tables) and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Knowledge of food safety regulations (ServSafe certification a plus).

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field.

    Experience in wellness tourism or spa/resort environments.

    Track record of innovative event programming.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Salary Range: 15–35/hour (part-time), based on experience.
