Compensation: $50 per class

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Football Trainer to lead engaging and educational football clinics for elementary school students. As a Football Trainer at Mindful Roots, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives by teaching football fundamentals, promoting sportsmanship, and encouraging a love for the game. Responsibilities:

Design and deliver football training sessions that cater to varying skill levels and abilities.

Instruct students on football techniques, rules, and strategies.

Organize fun and interactive drills, games, and exercises to enhance students' football skills.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes teamwork, discipline, and personal growth.

Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their football skills.

Collaborate with the Mindful Roots team to create a comprehensive and well-rounded sports curriculum.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a football coach or trainer, with a strong understanding of football fundamentals and coaching techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate young students.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a group of students effectively.

Background check required.
