What you will be doing:
As a Sales Representative, you will actively prospect to find, qualify, develop, and close a growing customer portfolio. You will target senior executives and C-Suite contacts, presenting the compelling Ford AV value proposition. Your responsibilities include setting appointments for in-person and virtual meetings, as well as conducting problem-solving assessments. You will conduct site surveys and discuss value propositions with senior executive decision-makers. Collaborating with Ford AV engineers, estimators, and support staff, you will create and deliver value-driven customer proposals. You will aim to close sales that exceed your compensation expectations. Representing Ford AV, you will act as the single point of accountability for your customers, nurturing and growing key accounts.

Compensation:
Best of all, this position offers Typical On Target Earnings (OTE) - $250,000 or more a year. Compensation includes a base salary, a ramp-up plan, lucrative commissions, bonuses and other incentives. There are no commission caps or decelerators.
