The Service Department at Brooksville Ford is growing rapidly, and so is our need for high quality team members! We are in need of Service Advisors that can compliment our amazing team, and provide excellent care for our guests. Customer service is our top priority and as a Service Advisor, it should be your top priority as well.

Applicants must be able to perform at a high level in a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone who is a team player, has a positive attitude, great communication skills and can multi-task.

Previous automotive dealership service advisor experience is REQUIRED. Ford and CDK experience are a HUGE plus.

This is a Monday - Friday position with a rotating Saturday schedule. No Sundays. Pay structure includes a competitive monthly commission and spiff bonuses.

You must have a valid drivers license, clean driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Pay range expectation between $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
