Responsibilities: • Draft documents related to plaintiff’s foreclosure cases (similar to mortgage foreclosures) • Compose Lis pendens documents • Prepare summons and complaints • Draft and oppose motions associated with a typical foreclosure • Write correspondence regarding assigned files • Make court appearances Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years' experience in mortgage foreclosures • Must be admitted in the State of New York Compensation: $115,000 DOE plus bonuses
