Responsibilities: • Develop the client base by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to expand our clientele. • Manage leads effectively by hunting for, organizing, and qualifying inbound sales inquiries, converting them into appointments promptly with excellent customer responses. • Maintain an organized database of current and potential clients ensuring all lead information is up to date. • Engage with prospects through various communication methods such as email and phone calls to nurture them in the sales pipeline and generate qualified luxury real estate leads. Qualifications: • Candidates must hold or be actively working towards obtaining a real estate license Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must for successful client engagement. Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
