Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise construction crews on various job sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. • Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure all workers adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. • Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to schedule deliveries, inspections, and other project milestones. • Review project plans and blueprints to understand project requirements and provide guidance to team members as needed. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, material inventory, and crew attendance records. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in construction or related field • Strong project management skills • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Familiarity with the real estate industry • Flexible schedule and availability for weekends and evenings Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
