    Ross Plumbing is seeking an experienced Foreman for their Multi-family Division in the Tampa-Sarasota region to supervise plumbing operations across different construction sites. Established in 1983, Ross Plumbing is a family-run business with projects spanning across Florida. Responsibilities: • Administer the company's standard operating procedures to ensure a fully functional plumbing system per code. • Help ensure quality and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the construction process. • Help ensure quality and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the construction process. • Inspect all ongoing work to ensure accurate, efficient pre-code installations. • Oversee and direct the daily cleanup of project debris by our sub-crews. • Maintain and submit daily and weekly reporting records. • Interact with local governing jurisdictions to obtain all required inspections. • Coordinate and verify all layouts and installation of labs, rough-ins, top-outs, and trim. Qualifications: Required Skills and Qualifications: • Extensive experience as a journeyman plumber. • Strong leadership and supervisory skills. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge of construction safety procedures. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints. • Familiarity with plumbing codes and regulations. Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 DOE
