Site Development company in search of a Dirt Foreman. Responsibilities: Required to: • Read prints • Build Jobs • Skilled in performing cuts and fills to finish grade • Dig ponds • Perform fills to finish the grade Qualifications: • Must be able to lead a grade crew to perform site work per plans • Must be an efficient operator on excavator, dozer, skid steer, and front-end loader • Must be able to read prints and understand site layout, use rotary laser and auto level to ensure all graded work • Must be able to perform and lead operators safely and productively • Must have a clean driving record Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
