Compensation: $35+/HR, Bonuses

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage residential construction projects
- Coordinate and supervise daily job site activities
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Perform carpentry, flooring, and remodeling tasks as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
- 5+ years of residential construction and management experience
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
