  • Responsibilities

     

    A construction management and project management firm is seeking an Forensic Architect to help them identify and solve code and construction-related issues using ethical and comprehensive investigation methods at their Denver, CO office.

    Your Day Includes:

    • Conducting onsite inspections with property owners/landlords to investigate and identify issues with construction or building

    • Reviewing and understanding construction plans, documents, and timelines for new or existing buildings, and standards of care

    • Providing detailed plans of loss, including repair structures, total loss, budget, and schedules

    • Communicating complex information effectively to various audiences with a wide range of technical understanding

    • Performing slip testing, analyzing evidence, and consulting on various construction claims, including surety, property, construction defect failures, and code compliance.

    Must Haves:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

    • At least 10 years of experience in the field, with a minimum of 5 years of consulting experience

    • Strong Understanding of Building Code
