A U.S.-registered electronics manufacturing and sales company is hiring sales representatives.
Main Requirements Overview:
- Experience in field sales, capable of maintaining customer relationships, following up on project progress, and organizing field activities.
- The job requires travel; candidates must have a driver's license, be able to drive and be willing to travel.
- Both English and Chinese are working languages.
- Must have a work visa or green card to legally work in the U.S.
JD:
- Set reasonable and proactive sales targets based on market trends and company development, and achieve these targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Learn and use the company's existing platforms to develop potential customers and drive sales growth.
- Learn and participate in maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers, monitor changes in customer strategies, understand potential customer needs, and promptly provide solutions.
- Stay updated on the release of new products and the development of new technologies in the industry.
- Learn and stay informed about product policy adjustments and certification requirements, and make necessary adjustments to sales and product planning accordingly.
Compensation:
- Sales Representative: $3,000 - $4,000 per month + sales commission
- Sales Manager: $6,000 - $7,000 per month + sales commission
