Forklift Operator | First Shift | Cincinnati, OH

We are looking for a detail-oriented, experience forklift driver. The perfect candidate should have experience loading and unloading palletized and unpalletized materials on a flatbed truck, be comfortable using a computer tracking system, and is always flexible and punctual. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Loading flatbed trucks with unpalletized bundles of material, as well as crates and pallets.
• Accurately filling out loading documentation.
• Identifying materials, stage materials, move materials, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Assist the production team as needed.
• Work closely with the Shipping clerk and supervisor to make sure that all trucks are correctly and quickly loaded.
• Follows all guidelines for safe forklift operations. Reports any incidents or near misses to management immediately.

Requirements :

• 2 or more years of forklift operation experience
• 2 or more years loading palletized loads
• 1 or more years of experience loading bundled materials (15 feet in length on average is preferred)
• 1 or more years of experience loading crates
• 1 or more years of experience loading flatbed trucks
• 1 or more years of experience loading unpalletized 8K+ loads
• 1 or more years of operating an 11K+ forklift (coil operator candidates only)
• Confidence with driving a large forklift and heavy loads
• Computer experience is a MUST

Bonus Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a licensed forklift operator

• Combi-Lift experience

• Great communication skills, reliable/punctual

• Good basic math skills

• Ability to think on their feet, problem solver

• Works well in a team

Schedule :

Fairfield Location: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Bond Hill Location: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Pay:

$20/hr paid weekly
