    Job Description

    Our company is seeking a dedicated full-cycle Mobile Office Services Associate to handle client-facing duties, general office management tasks. When our clients walk into their office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand.

    This role will cover 2 Office corporate site in Dallas, Frisco and Plano, TX

    MUST BE AGILE AND ABLE TO ADJUST TO LAST-MINUTE NEEDS. 4-5 DAYS A WEEK. $ 17HR. MONDAY - FRIDAY PAID BI-WEEKLY. AS CORPORATE CLIENT COME BACK INTO THE OFFICE THIS POSITION WILL BECOME 40 HOURS A WEEK (5 DAYS).

    Must have experience with print and mail services. MUST BE dependable, and the ability able to adjust quickly.

    • General Office Services experience - stocking supplies, etc.
    • Print and binding experience -Utilizes Xerox Equipment similar to the C75 and X1000
    • Mail & package experience - uses PS Track
    • Hospitality and meeting setups - coffee, lunch, plates
    • Backup reception

    HOSPITALITY –

    • Includes taking care of common areas, cafés, conference and huddle rooms
    • Ordering breakroom and conference room supplies
    • Greeting & Escorting visitors within the new building
    • Daily breakroom and conference room checks, including maintenance
    • Serving as a backup for reception
    • Other light admin duties, assisting the team and facility manager with operations. Serving as a backup for reception
    • Cross-trained and able to support other Office Services functions
