    Job Description

    WE ARE HIRING AN EXECUTIVE CONCIERGE TO SUPPORT THE CEO OF A INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTING & AUDITING FIRM. WHEN NOT SUPPORTING THE CEO, THE ROLE WILL SUPPORT ALL OTHER NEEDS OF THE FT LAUDERDALE OFFICE.  SUPPORT SERVICES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

    SHIFT: MON - FRI 8AM TO 5PM (MUST BE FLEXIBLE)

    PAY RATE: $30.00P/H

    WEEKLY FUNCTIONS ON THE JOB:

    Cleaning of whiteboards

    Cleaning of tabletops

    Restock of supplies

    Employee Locker Management

    Opening of lockers

    Cleanout

    Kitchen and Common Areas Resets

    Food and Beverage Management

    Catering requests

    Setups and Cleanup

    Event Planning

    Event Staffing

    Kitchen Services

    Coffee Stations

    Supply Stocking and Restocking 

    Cleaning

    Inventory Management

    THE EXECUTIVE CONCIERGE WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :

    *       Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate parties in the firm

    *       Welcome and greet guests, vendors and employees; answer questions and direct them to waiting area and conference rooms

    *       Log-in guests and issue identification badges to maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook and directing guests.

    *       Track and assist with meeting and conference room scheduling

    *       Maintain a clean Reception area

    *       Can establish a high level of professionalism both in appearance and demeanor.

    *       High level of communication with all levels of staff, client and customers.

    *       Open and closes work area at scheduled times, ensuring full preparation for operation/function.

    *       Provide in-house beverage services to clients and guests.

    *       Manage and monitor client rooms for meetings this includes resetting and clean-up.

    *       Maintains building and client security protocol, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.

    *       Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.

    *       Provide beverage services to clients and guests.

    *       Other assignments/tasks as determined

    QUALIFICATIONS

    *       Previous experience as a Receptionist/ Concierge with a professional firm; multiple line telephone systems preferred

    *       Supervisory and/or training experience

    *       Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette with a customer service focus

    *       Mature, polished and professional presence and disposition

    *       Positive attitude with a friendly and upbeat demeanor

    *       Punctual, dependable and reliable

    *       Maintain accurate correspondence with confidentiality interfaced with all levels of personnel

    *       Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook Customer focused

    *       Works well under pressure

    *       Excellent phone skills

    *       Excellent follow-through skills and willingness to take ownership of assignments

    *       Good listening and time management.

    *       Works well in a fast-paced environment

    *       Must be detail oriented.

    *       Must be articulate with excellent communication skills

    *       Must be a team player.

    *       Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and be an excellent multi-tasker

    *       Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
