Job Summary:

The City of Phoenix seeks a Fortra Automate Specialist to develop, implement, and maintain automated workflows using Fortra Automate (formerly HelpSystems Automate). The role requires scripting expertise and workflow optimization to integrate with various systems.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows.

Create and optimize scripts using PowerShell, VBScript, Python.

Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize performance.

Collaborate with IT teams to enhance process automation.

Document workflows and ensure adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:

2+ years experience with Fortra Automate or similar tools.

Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, VBScript, Python.

Experience integrating automation with databases, APIs, web services.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and self-management skills.

Fortra Automate certification is a plus.
