    TOP SKILLS NEEDED:

    • Experience delivering multiple, complex solutions within an Enterprise environment.
    • Extensive technical knowledge in the following specialized areas of web application system analysis and programming; Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, Apache Velocity, HTML5, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and Web.
    • Services standards (SOAP and WSDL).
    • Integrated development experience in Eclipse\NetBeans.
    • Experience with Tomcat Application Server.
    • Experience with Microsoft SQL and PostgreSQL.

    JOB DESCRIPTION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    The ImageTrust Developer position requirements include but are not limited to:

    • Perform design and programming activities for a large project.
    • Upgrade ImageTrust jobs from older version of ImageTrust to newer versions, create new jobs based on specifications and modify existing jobs.
    • Work closely with the system analysts and other developers to refine and clarify designs as needed during software development and implementation.
    • Code and unit test ImageTrust jobs throughout the development lifecycle.
    • Investigates and resolve defects where test outcomes do not match expected test results.
    • Works with the technical and project teams through Software Development Lifecycle.
    • Supports existing Production ImageTrust implementations.

    THE IMAGETRUST DEVELOPER IS EXPECTED TO APPLY ADVANCED SUBJECT MATTER KNOWLEDGE TO:

    • Solve complex business problems within a team environment and is regarded as a subject matter expert representing ImageTrust product.
    • Reads, interprets, and applies application specifications to ImageTrust product, identifying and resolving gaps through analysis and collaboration within a team.
    • Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
    • Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
    • Communicates affectively with technical and non-technical peers at all levels.
    • Supports existing solutions and implementations as well as new development efforts.
    • Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
    • Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
    • Represents the organization to external customers/clients when necessary.

    SKILLS:

    • Experience in development of Capture solutions such as Captiva or ImageTrust, or willingness to learn ImageTrust.
    • Experience delivering multiple, complex solutions within an Enterprise environment.
    • Extensive technical knowledge in the following specialized areas of web application system analysis and programming; Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, Apache Velocity, HTML5, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and Web Services standards (SOAP and WSDL).
    • Browser support experience in IE, Edge, and Chrome.
    • Integrated development experience in Eclipse\NetBeans.
    • Experience with Tomcat Application Server.
    • Experience with Microsoft SQL and PostgreSQL.
    • Experience with data extraction (OCR, ICR, OMR) is desired.
    • Extensive working experience in problem analysis and resolution determination of complex problems in an Enterprise environment.
    • Ability to work independently or within a team to develop and maintain applications in a multi-tier environment.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability in complex projects involving multiple vendors and in-house resources within all levels of an organization.
    • Proven experienced in Milestone driven delivery, developing comprehensive Project Plans, Schedules and coordinating development and timely delivery of all project deliverables.
    • Excellent Client Relationship skills, representing the delivery team and ensuring that the project is delivered to commitments.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills among technical and non-technical peer groups.
    • Patience and willingness to learn new technologies as required to support the role.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize work between multiple projects.
