Foster Care: As a small non-profit organization, this position serves two roles, the Supervisory Social Worker and Administrator to foster family agency and acts as an authorized agent to correct deficiencies that threaten the general welfare and safety of the children in the foster family agency's certified family homes. The Administrator may also facilitate in a multitude of areas to ensure the c;ontinued delivery of quality services, daily supervision of overall operations and the overall function of the Agency. This position is responsible for ensuring that all Agency policies and procedures are implemented correctly, in compliance with Contract Agreements with the County and Community Care Licensing, Title 22 Regulations and in compliance with State and Federal Employment Labor Laws.
Therapist: The Therapist position is responsible for delivering mental health treatment to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The Therapist will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, engage in treatment planning, psychotherapy, and documentation. This position reports to the Clinical Director.
