They then develop and deploy educational programming and resources to bridge those gaps and meet those needs.

Program Developers must consider the ongoing impact and sustainability of their program work and be able to identify needs and opportunities for further evaluation, iteration, and expansion. Program Developers work independently and collaboratively both within and without foundry10. Internally, they work within the Program Pillar, on an Interest Area Team, and through intersections with other Pillars. Although this position would participate as part of the Creativity, Design and Play Team, their home base would be the Program Pillar, led by the Program Director. In this way, they would have both a team focused on an area and a space to hone their craft as a Program Developer. In the broader community they partner with educators, schools, youth-serving organizations, and impacted youth.

A foundry10 Program Developer is ultimately responsible for the development, delivery, and evaluation of educational programming and resources for foundry10. This role specifically will be furthering our educational programming work in the realm of the performing arts; including dance, drama, music, and digital audio creation, application, and performance.

This role will be a part of the Creativity, Design and Play Team, which is a new configuration of this work for us. This Program Developer can build on our work in performing arts, including things like our student-led dance competition, Beyond Boundaries, digital audio production and performance, and creating accessible avenues into tech and performance experience in theater. On the Creativity, Design and Play team we currently have expertise in Design Based Research, Conceptual Development Research and Visual Arts. We are currently building the Creativity, Design and Play Team and are open to expertise in educational programming in any area(s) of performing arts and working with any ages, early childhood - high school.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $75,000-95,000, DOE and technical requirements for the role, reporting to an Education Program Manager.
