WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, build, test and troubleshooting of custom mechanical test equipment supporting new and existing products. Our Test Engineer will also provide assistance to the Engineering Department and production testing.

ASSIGNMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create or Modify test scripts as required
• Maintain test areas to assure all unit are tested to customers’ requirements
• Perform required repairs by replacing faulty, cables, wires and, equipment to keep test area in operational state
• Maintain Test Fixtures and Test Equipment
• Create SOP / Work Instruction when required
• Identify failures and problems, isolates problems, and takes appropriate action to resolve those problems
• Report all unresolved and/or potential problems that would negatively affect project schedules and production goals to Manager
• Train personal as required
• Report daily, weekly, monthly from product test output and yield

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Must possess problem solving skills, ability to positive change
• Must be able to provide professional, clear verbal and written communication.
• Must have experience installing and setting up test networks.
• Must be able to exercises judgment within defined procedures and safety practices to determine appropriate action.
• Able to read PCB schematic
• Team Player
• Willing and able to multitask, support other projects and businesses as needed
