Songwriting & Music Production Internship w/ NYC Creative Agency FR Agency - New York, NY Part-time, Internship Are you interested in pursuing a career in music songwriting or music production? Does your music talent and ear for great musical sounds set you apart from the rest? Come intern with us! We are a small but rapidly expanding entertainment group with offices in East Williamsburg, BK and music studio in Bedstuy, BK that have worked with well-known clients and brands like Mos Def, SummerStage, John Legend, Ciara, J Cole, Rihanna, HBO, MTV, Miguel, BET, Heineken, Bacardi, Miramax, America's Next Top Model, and more. This summer/fall we will be working on a slew of exciting projects which include launching a new event planning creative agency, launching a new crowdfunding platform, producing several film projects, producing a slew of major events in NYC, launching a network of entertainment-based blogs and media platforms, production of fashion and lifestyle shoots, and overseeing the music careers of several new music artists, producers, and songwriters. We are currently looking to add some young, aspiring, and talented music creators to our team. Chosen intern candidates will have the opportunity to produce and/or write for an array of new and established talent. Applicants are expected to have a background in music and ideally have samples of past work that they have written or produced. All genres of music will be considered. Writers will own the allotted percentages on any music that they create with us. Producers should ideally have a knowledge base of REASON music production software. ALL INTERNS must be creative, willing to think outside of the box, reliable, motivated, problem solvers, out-going, and detail oriented with the ability to be a team player or a self-starter.
