Assist in quantity take-offs and estimate development for concrete, demo, finishes, masonry restoration, rough framing, drywall, exterior skin, and ceilings on selected projects, while preparing cost comparisons and reconciliations with previous estimates. Support buyout of subcontractors and suppliers, writing contacts and material purchase agreements for scopes of work. Develop submittal packages, shop drawings, etc. for all self-perform packages awarded. Perform site visits to ongoing self-perform operations, serving as a resource for field crews to understand how initial plans were generated. Additional responsibilities will include special projects and tasks, as assigned.

Required Experience
Bachelors’ degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field required;
0 – 5 years’ experience in the construction industry required;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required;
