We are seeking a skilled Framer/Exterior Crewman to join our team. The Framer will be responsible for constructing the framework for manufacturing floor decking, porch decking, and all things related to exterior home construction: Roofing, Window/Doors, Siding, Facia etc.

Responsibilities:

• Build and install frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes, windows, siding, roofing.

• Utilize power tools and hand tools to cut and shape materials

• Work with carpenters to ensure accurate measurements and quality construction

• Engage in heavy lifting activities as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Framer or similar roles

• Proficiency in using power tools and carpentry equipment

• Capability to lift heavy objects and work on physically demanding tasks
