Buzz Franchise Brands (BFB) is a fast-growing, multi-brand franchising company, and we’re looking for an experienced Business Coach to join our British Swim School brand team.

This position will report to the VP of Operations. The successful candidate will be passionate about advising franchise business owners on how to grow their business and possess a demonstrated track record of success in business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and manage relationships

Develop annual business plans and budget forecasts

Advise owners on performance management and progress against plan

Analyze and interpret income statements

Consult with owners to design and implement strategies and tactics to drive business performance across operations, finance, sales, and marketing

Collaborate across the corporate team to ensure consistent support, effective franchisee relationships, and aligned communication

Design and deliver training content

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (business or finance preferred) or equivalent work experience

Minimum 3 years experience in sales, business management, or business consulting

Thorough understanding of income statements and budget development

Analytic with proven problem-solving skills to solve a range of business problems

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Highly organized with strong project and time management skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
