As a Franchise Business Coach, you will partner with franchise owners across the US. Your position will play a critical role with franchise owners across different stages of business ownership. You will partner with each franchise owner to develop strategy, help drive accountability, Brand engagement, and motivate while tracking key performance metrics. As a Franchise Coach you will collaborate with an integrated internal team of Franchise Support, to include executive leadership, marketing, accounting and external vendors to ensure Franchisee success. Painting experience required.

What you will do (but not limited to):
Be an ambassador for your Brand / PSB, inspiring people with positivity and growth mindset
Support owners monthly as they onboard and prepare to launch their new businesses
Guide mature owners weekly as they manage operational issues, scale business, ensuring they have resources in place to effectively advance operations and prepare for growth
Conduct business and financial reviews weekly/bi-weekly with owners to discuss business performance and new opportunities, as well as to provide benchmarking data and insights
Partner with executive leadership to support revenue growth across the franchise brand(s)
Identify workflow inefficiencies within the franchise network and work to formulate and implement operational improvements in partnership with franchise owner
Build and lead educational sessions (such as Peer Groups, Launch Bootcamps, Mastermind Groups) with owners around specific topics; areas of improvement and growth opportunities
Be a Brand liaison with internal Operations and Departments, helping us advance ongoing training and development across the Franchise network
Work closely with the Brand Leads to analyze system wide sales trends, anticipating future challenges while developing ongoing growth strategies for long term sustainable growth.
What we need:
Required experience in the painting industry
Preferably Spanish/English bilingual
Proven track record in running a small business and/or scaling businesses
Ability to review, understand and execute strategies through understanding profit/loss statements, balance sheets, and various KPI metrics
Leadership experience, including the ability to have a strong presence, remain positive at all times, motivate others, and inspire change and growth
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, particularly in delivering constructive feedback and working through complex issues
Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit - independent, self-motivated, adaptable, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, with a growth mindset
