We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth by identifying and recruiting potential franchisees. This role involves prospecting, networking, and guiding candidates through the franchise sales process, from initial inquiry to final agreement. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with prospective franchise owners. Responsibilities: • Identify and engage potential franchise candidates through various lead generation methods. • Educate prospects on the franchise model, investment requirements, and business operations. • Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups. • Conduct presentations, webinars, and in-person meetings to promote the franchise opportunity. • Assist franchise prospects through the application, qualification, and approval process. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchisees. Qualifications: • Proven Sales Experience – At least 1-3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field. • Strong Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present and persuade effectively. • Lead Generation & Networking Ability – Experience in sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing franchise prospects through multiple channels. • Negotiation & Closing Skills – A track record of successfully closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets. • CRM & Tech Proficiency – Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms. • Industry Knowledge (Preferred) – Understanding of franchise operations, agreements, and regulatory requirements. • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
