Reports To: Tyler Altenhofen, Chief Growth Officer
Location: Work From Home or Hybrid Work at Omaha Headquarters
Compensation: $45,000 Base Salary + Sales Commission (Estimated Annual Earnings Range of $75,000 to $90,000+ based on sales performance)

Your Impact on Team Sidekick
Each Franchise Specialist plays a key role in the sales process and is a Sidekick to our clients and our entire sales team. Franchise Specialists must have strong communication skills and keen attention to detail to connect clients with the Franchise Advisor best suited to their goals. Our Franchise Specialists must be able to empathize with clients and understand their fears and concerns. Franchise Specialists must also be organized, flexible, and have fantastic people skills.
