YOUR ROLE AS A TAZIKI’S FRANCHISE SUCCESS MANAGER:
Successfully complete 400 hours of our Management Training Program
Evaluate how each restaurant is performing by comparing data and provide specific direction to improve necessary areas
Conduct quarterly business reviews with franchisees and the executive leadership team to see growth potential and areas of opportunity
Provide guidance to franchisees to help grow their business
Build store relations by visiting all assigned restaurants at least quarterly
Communicate with all franchisees via voicemail, e-mail, territory meetings, individual meetings and written communications
Use those forms of communication with the franchisees to build relationships in order to be recognized as an asset to the business by conducting business reviews, evaluating performance trends and examining store profitability to determine priorities and the most effective approve with franchisees
Reinforce brand and quality standards based on results of TSAs through collaboration with assigned Standards & Brand Coaches
Work with franchisees on timely resolution of compliance issues and foster a culture of accountability and proactivity
Liaise with franchisees and marketing to maintain suitable local marketing initiatives
Coordinate with the training team on field training initiatives
Assist with new store setup and organization of grand opening procedures as needed
Build and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders (corporate team, franchisees and vendors)
Maintain and promote a positive brand image based on our Mission Statement, Core Values and Company Objectives
Follow company policies, uphold professional standards and perform all work in a manner respectful of others
Provide leadership and operational solutions at a strategic level during visits and meetings
THE IDEAL FRANCHISEE SUCCESS MANAGER:
Must be at least 21 years of age
5 years minimum of restaurant or retail multi-unit experience required
Must hold and maintain a valid Food Manager's Certification for food safety
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record as outlined in Taziki’s Standard Driver's Policy and have reliable transportation
No more than 2 jobs in the previous 5 years
Proficient Excel, Google Suite, and computer literacy skills
Expert knowledge of Profit and Loss statements
Knowledge of franchise principles and business operations
Experience working with franchisees or in a franchised organization
Ability and willingness to travel per the role’s expectations
Adhering to all company policies and procedures
YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS/HOURS:
● Flexible schedule
● Occasional nights and weekends for events
● Typically 45-50 hours per week
● Travel is required
