Job Description
Frasca International, a leading manufacturer of flight simulators, located in Urbana, Illinois, is seeking a full-time in-house Customer Service Support person.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing phone and email support to customers
- Preparing quotes for parts, upgrades, and maintenance
- Processing orders and parts shipments
- Assisting with technical document writing and training
- Assisting with Tier 1 technical support
- Provide backup support for receptionist/switchboard as needed.
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of telephonic customer service experience, preferably in a technical environment
- Professional verbal and written communication
- Strong MS Office skills
- Switchboard experience preferred
- Background in Information Technology or electronics helpful
