Frazier’s Carpet One is currently looking for experienced, results-driven Flooring Sales Professionals in our Knoxville location.

Are you currently (or have experience) in retail sales, especially furniture, appliances or cars? Tired of the loooong hours, high pressure, and lack of advancement opportunities?

OUR associates work a defined, but flexible, weekly schedule, with no late evenings.

OUR tenured associates are regularly promoted, to positions like Account Coordinator, Team Captain, Sales Manager, Installation Manager and General Manager.

Responsibilities of our Sales Professionals include:

• A passion for design and decorating,
• Willing & able to be teachable,
• Access to reliable, daily transportation in order to get to work and visit customers’ homes,
• Open & flexible work availability,
• Willing to learn and execute our operating systems,
• Retail Sales experience is a PLUS,
• Excellent oral communication skills,
• Good handwriting,
• Professionalism, dependability, accountability and punctuality,
• Self-motivated and internally driven to work, every day, to excel,
• Organized and capable of juggling multiple (and sometimes competing) deadlines.
