Freelance Human Resources Assistant/Compliance Specialist Job Responsibilities:
Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, interviewing, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information, for care takers, clients and applicants.
Administers Training and Development.
Oversees' Compliance.
Substantiates applicants’ skills by administering and scoring tests.
Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments.
Welcomes new employees, clients and care takers to the organization by conducting orientation.
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Maintains employee, clients and care taker information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
Organizes work.
Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies.
Maintains employee, client and care takers confidence, provides team leadership and protects operations by keeping human resource and client intake and data information confidential.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Will conduct check - ins for clients when needed.
All job duties as assigned.
Work Hours are 830-5 or 9-5 pm, Monday - Friday
Part-Time Opportunity 9 am-1pm or 1:00 pm - 5:00pm
Independent Contractor Project Role -$17.93 to start to $19.50 an hour
