    We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Graphic Designer to collaborate with our team on a variety of branding and digital projects. As a graphic designer, you will create visually compelling assets that align with our clients' brand identities, helping to communicate their messages effectively across various platforms.     Responsibilities:

    • Design a wide range of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, web assets, brochures, logos, and presentations.
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions that meet their needs.
    • Ensure that all designs align with the brand's visual guidelines and enhance brand recognition.
    • Revise and improve designs based on feedback and ensure timely project completion.
    • Maintain a high level of creativity while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
    • Stay current on design trends, tools, and techniques to deliver fresh, innovative visuals.
    • Prepare files for print or digital distribution, ensuring that all technical specifications are met.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across digital and print media.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.
    • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
    • Ability to translate client briefs into visually appealing and effective designs.
    • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
    • Must be eligible to work in the USA.

    Preferred:

    • Local candidates in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, are strongly preferred, as we value working with designers who understand the local market and culture.
    • Experience with branding and marketing materials for regional businesses is a plus.
