We’re seeking a results-driven Freelance Media Buyer to manage and optimize media placements for our clients across various platforms. You will play a critical role in developing and executing media strategies that align with marketing goals and deliver strong ROI. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage media buying strategies across digital, TV, radio, and print platforms.
- Leverage strong relationships with local and regional media outlets to secure optimal ad placements and competitive rates.
- Analyze target audiences, media consumption trends, and campaign performance to determine the most effective media buys.
- Negotiate and purchase ad space, ensuring maximum visibility and impact for campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize media spend, adjusting strategies based on real-time performance data to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure media plans align with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Stay informed on the latest media buying tools, trends, and technologies to drive campaign innovation and success.
- Provide comprehensive reports on media spend, performance metrics, and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels.
- Established relationships with local and regional media outlets in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic media buying.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize media placements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing media budgets and maximizing ROI on ad spend.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
Preferred:
- Local candidates in the Baton Rouge area are strongly preferred, as deep knowledge of the local market and established relationships with media outlets are key to success in this role.
