Maricich Health is seeking a remote Freelance Graphic Designer with strong expertise in healthcare advertising to collaborate on existing and upcoming projects. We are looking for an individual with deep experience in healthcare advertising and marketing. This role is ideal for graphic designers who understand the nuances of designing for medical providers, patients, and healthcare organizations—not just those with minimal exposure.
Responsibilities
Collaboration & Revisions
Work closely with creative directors, copywriters, programmers, and healthcare marketers to create impactful advertising campaigns.
Efficiently revise creative files based on client feedback and internal round reviews , ensuring high-quality visuals for healthcare advertising.
Style Sheets & Retouching
Develop and adjust style sheets to maintain healthcare branding consistency across digital and print materials.
Retouch and optimize photos, color correction, and image manipulation for healthcare advertising assets.
File Preparation & Accuracy
Follow advertising print specifications and digital requirements for constructing files and building mock-ups.
Ensure final mechanicals are error-free, properly formatted, and ready for healthcare advertising execution.
Release production-ready print mechanicals and digital files to agency vendors.
Deadline Management & Project Execution
Consistently meet fast-moving deadlines for healthcare advertising projects.
Ensure timely completion of revision rounds and final files to support campaign rollout.
Agency Support & Healthcare Advertising Expertise
Assist with various agency-driven healthcare advertising projects , ensuring creative execution aligns with strategic goals.
Collaborate with industry experts and healthcare strategists to enhance the effectiveness of advertising visuals.
Qualifications
Healthcare advertising experience is REQUIRED—this role is NOT suited for general designers with limited healthcare exposure.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in healthcare advertising and brand development.
Direct experience creating advertising campaigns for healthcare organizations, medical professionals, or patient engagement.
Portfolio showcasing healthcare-focused advertising work, including digital, print, and multimedia campaigns.
Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong command of typography, illustration, photography, color theory, and brand identity within healthcare advertising.
Ability to conceptualize and implement ideas that resonate with healthcare audiences while supporting advertising objectives.
Strong project management skills , balancing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare marketing environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities for collaboration across creative teams.
