Job Description

The Associate is responsible for qualifying as well as generating property leads that fit our buying criteria. This will include everything from sourcing and nurturing leads to analyzing properties and negotiating contracts based on our guidelines.

This is an opportunity for the right person to be a part of a growing company and team. You will be paid hourly, plus commission on all leads that are converted into closed deals. This is a full-time, in-office sales position. Must be able to work independently and on a team! Dedication and a strong work ethic are mandatory.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday - Thursday
• 10am - 5pm
• Weekend availability (not required)

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Identify and cultivate potential seller opportunities through our database
• Follow up with the leads our team generates for you and build a relationship with the owner
• Attend 8-10 house viewing appointments/week
• Negotiate contracts with the property owner
• Complete our online training program

QUALIFICATIONS

• The desire to be highly successful in a challenging and competitive industry
• No Real Estate license is required
