    Position: Independent Freight Broker Agent

    Type: 1099 Commission-Based

    Schedule: Flexible schedule, part-time/full-time/side hustle options available

    Location: 100% Remote

    About the Opportunity:
    Looking to break into the exciting world of freight brokerage or add a lucrative side hustle to your current career? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as independent freight broker agents. This role offers the flexibility to work on your own schedule while building your book of business in the transportation industry.

    What You'll Do

    • Find shippers to work with for LTL and TL freight
    • Negotiate rates and terms with shippers based on our TMS rates
    • Work with our operations team to ensure the timely dispatching of trucks
    • Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
    • Build and maintain client relationships
    • Use our TMS system to manage operations

    Ideal Candidate

    • Self-motivated with strong communication skills
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Basic computer proficiency
    • Ability to multitask and problem-solve
    • Freight/logistics experience is a plus but not required

    We Provide :

    • Complete back-office support and toolset (email, phone, CRM, accounting)
    • Access to load boards and TMS
    • Training and mentorship
    • Operations team to manage trucks, collections, software
    • MC authority and insurance coverage
    • Semi-monthly commission payments

    About Us

    We are a new agency operating under GlobalTranz, a large 3PL provider of logistics services around the world. We're a fun and easy going team that is looking to add new agents. We work hard to help each other make good money while also learning and developing ourselves in a positive environment.

    Compensation

    We will provide you as a subagent on our account 70% commission net of our fees to the 3PL. There is no cap on your earnings and you have unlimited upside potential. 5% bad debt allowance withheld and paid out annually as a bonus, based on pay rate of your customers.
