Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure all Less-than-Truckload (LTL) customer shipments are assigned to qualified carriers with the necessary equipment and insurance.

• Prepare and submit management-approved rate quotes that align with profitability targets.

• Accurately input shipment details, appointments, and other relevant data into the Transportation Management System (TMS).

• Oversee and process all required shipping documentation, including pre-claim paperwork, to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Track, trace, and provide real-time shipment status updates to customers, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain strong carrier relationships to enhance capacity and expand service offerings.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by proactively addressing client needs, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining clear communication.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Prior experience in transportation or logistics, particularly in Less-than-Truckload (LTL) coordination.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally via phone, video, and email.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and the ability to learn industry-specific software.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
