Job Description

To trim all bones and fat from breast fillet to meet customer specifications. Required breast to trim per minute is 10

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and climb.
• Must have good communication skills, both written and oral
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime
• Must be able to work in a controlled environment (i.e. hot and cold).
