Job Description

To load wing cutting machine and ensure the wing machine is cutting properly by separating the wing in 3 sections

Qualifications

• Must be at workstation on time with all work apparel clean, sanitized and with all required safety equipment
• Must obey all safety, USDA, HACCP, and plant rules and regulations
• Must load wings at rate into wing cutting machine and recognize inconsistent cuts
• Must keep area clean at all times
• To donn PPE
• Perform any duties required by management
