    Summary/Objective

    You will assist with all facets of client account interaction such as billing, delivery orders, account changes and other queries while providing high quality customer care as a valued member of our Fresh Meal Plan family. If you're the right person for this opportunity, you will have previous experience using a CRM, a passion for servicing customers and the ability to make critical decisions when dealing with customers. This is a full time position including weekends.

    Essential Functions

    Place outgoing calls as needed to resolve outstanding customer issues.

    Follow up and monitor account-related issues as necessary to ensure appropriate action has been taken while maintaining a high level of customer care.

    Ensure documentation of account notes is current and complete and act as a liaison for problem resolution for customers and other departments.

    Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

    Communicating with customers through various channels, including Live-chat and CRM system.

    Handle inquiries, research problems, process transactions, and develop solutions to account related issues.

    Qualifications and Skills

    High school diploma or GED; 2+ years customer care experience at an inbound/outbound call center

    Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities

    Excellent writing and analytical skills

    Gorgias/Shopify experience


    Minimum Requirements:

    Additional Preferred Skills:

    Bilingual: English/Spanish

    Experience using Gorgias for CRM platform
